Materials Used.

1 Cup of finger millet flour.
3/4 Cup of Crushed jaggery.
5 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
1 Teaspoon of Baking powder
About 3 crushed cardamom pods.
Peanut pieces, broken into.
4 Teaspoon of Cocoa powder.
1/2 cup of milk.

The cooking process as follows.

Let's get started with the preparation! Take a bowl and grease it lightly with coconut oil. Add grated jaggery and a little milk, then mix well until the jaggery dissolves completely.

Next, gradually add finger millet flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, moringa powder, and roasted cashew nuts. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.

Now, take another bowl and line the bottom with parchment paper. Pour the prepared finger millet mixture into the bowl. Then, sprinkle chopped cashew nuts evenly on top.

Now, place the mixture in a steamer and let it steam for about 35-40 minutes. Once fully cooked, remove it from the steamer and let it cool.

These look like chocolate browniees. I haven't heard of meneri flour but as mentioned, it is a nutritious type of flour, so it must be a good choice. The steps are simple to follow. I love cashew nuts, but they are a little expensive over here. When I need to put some toppings, I just use the regular type of nut, or the peanut, it's most common here. I'm sure the kitchen smells great after cooking this. Perfect for kids and adults alike. Yum-yum!
