Materials Used.

Wheat flour 250g
2 Egg.
1/2 carrot, finely chopped.
A little chopped onion.
Some finely chopped tomatoes.
2 chopped green chili pods.
Sinhala
About two finely chopped leek leaves.

Some water.
1 Teaspoon of sugar.
Salt to taste.
2 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
The cooking process as follows.
Now, first, take a bowl and add the wheat flour. Then, mix in a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 2 eggs, and a teaspoon of sugar. Stir everything well to combine. Gradually add water while mixing to create a smooth, thin batter.
Next, add the chopped tomatoes, green chilies, leeks, carrots, and onions to the prepared batter. Mix well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
Next, place a pan on the stove and lightly grease it with a little oil. Then, pour small portions of the batter onto the pan. Cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side. Once both sides are evenly cooked, remove from the pan and serve warm.
