So today I will be making a delicious veggie macaroni. That sounds yummy, right? Haha, let's get into the kitchen and see the delicious food I am talking about.
Ingredients are:
Macaroni (200g)
Fish (250g)
Groundnut oil (200g)
Red pepper (150g)
Onions (quarter ball)
Carrots (100g)
Green pepper (4g)
Green bean (6g)
Green peas (5g)
Spring onions (4g)
Salt (1 teaspoon)
Seasoning cube (2 cubes)
Cucumber (200g)
Procedure
I wash the fish, then sprinkle one seasoning cube and a small quantity of salt on it. I put a big frying pan on the burner poured a small quantity of oil, and then placed the fish inside. I didn't want to deep fry because of the sauce I rubbed on the fish.
I proceed by pouring water into a clean pot and then put it on the burner.
After the water was hot, I poured the macaroni inside and then added a half teaspoon of salt.
I continued by rinsing and cutting the veggies one after the other inside the same plate.

After that, I made use of a manual blender to blend the red pepper.
The macaroni was parboiled, so I made use of a sieve spoon to pack them out from the hot water, then threw the water away.
I put the pot back on the burner, allowed it to dry, then poured the remaining oil inside and allowed it to get hot a little bit.
I added the green beans first because it is very hard, then stirred.
The next thing I added was the carrots, and I stirred for one second.
I added the green peas and then stirred for another second, then added the green pepper and the onions.
It fried for two seconds before I added the remaining seasoning cube and the remaining quarter teaspoon of salt.
Then I added the red pepper and stirred for two seconds again.
After that, I poured the parboiled macaroni inside the sauce and stirred until the sauce influenced the macaroni.
Lastly, I poured the spring onions because it doesn't need too much heat to get cooked, then I stirred it and allowed it to steam for one minute.
I rinsed the cucumber and then made use of a knife to slice it into pieces.
Now the veggie macaroni is ready, and the fish has been fried to my taste, so I serve the food.
