FLASH ARABIC CHEESE BREAD RECIPE 🫓⚡ (ENG-ESP)

Today I want to show you how to prepare a super delicious and fluffy cheese stuffed Arabian bread. It's a perfect side dish or starter, it's one of my top types of breads out there, I love its flavor and texture, either plain or stuffed with cheese. I'm a big fan of cheese, so obviously I almost always prepare it with a cheese filling. Sometimes we limit ourselves from making homemade bread because of the work and time involved in the preparation, but this recipe is ideal because it's quick, simple and doesn't take up too much of your time.

Hoy quiero enseñarles a preparar un pan árabe relleno de queso superdelicioso y esponjoso. Es una guarnición o entrada perfecta, es uno de mi top tipos de panes que existen, me encanta su sabor y textura, ya sea simple o rellenado con queso. Soy una ratona fan del queso, así que obviamente casi siempre lo preparo con un relleno de queso. A veces nos limitamos de preparar pan casero por su trabajo y tiempo que conlleva en la preparación, pero esta receta es ideal porque es rápida, simple y no roba mucho tu tiempo.

85ml Water.1 tsp Parsley.
400g Wheat flour.3 tsp Garlic.
3 Slice of favorite cheese.1 tbsp Salt.
3 tbsp oil.

85 ml Agua.1 cdta Perejil.
400 g Harina de trigo.3 cdta Ajo.
3 Rebanada de queso favorito.1 cda Sal.
3 cda aceite.

PREPARATION.✋

  • First step: In a spacious bowl we are going to place the flour, oil, water and salt. With our hands we are going to knead the mixture until it can be handled without problem, personally I take 13-15 minutes for the dough to be in the desired texture. Finally we will let it rest for at least 20 minutes to allow the mixture to rise in size.

PREPARACIÓN.✋

  • Primer paso: En un recipiente espacioso vamos a colocar la harina, el aceite, agua y la sal. Con nuestras manos vamos a amasar la mezcla hasta que se pueda manipular sin problema, en lo personal tomo 13-15 minutos para que la masa se encuentre en la textura deseada. Por último dejaremos reposar por lo menos 20 minutos para permitir que la mezcla suba su tamaño.

  • Second step: We will put a little oil in the area where we will knead the mixture again and divide it into two parts, with a rolling pin we will stretch the dough a little and add the cheese, garlic and sauce, the other part we will do the same procedure, finally we will cover with the remaining part the filling and with the same rolling pin we will finish unifying them, personally I added a little more garlic and parsley on the top. To cook it we will need a preheated pan with low heat, and adding a little olive oil, we will place the bread to cook, we will notice that air bubbles will form or it will grow like a balloon, at that moment we turn the bread and finish cooking it, when we notice that both parts are golden and toasted, we will remove it from the pan and when we cut in the middle we will notice that the cheese is melted and the bread is crunchy but soft inside.

  • Segundo paso: Vamos a colocar un poco de aceite en la zona donde amasaremos la mezcla nuevamente y la dividiremos en dos partes, con un rodillo estiraremos un poco la masa y agregaremos los quesos ajo y salsa, la otra parte haremos el mismo procedimiento, por último cubriremos con la parte restante el relleno y con el mismo rodillo los terminaremos de unificar, en lo personal agregue un poco más de ajo y perejil en la parte de arriba. Para cocinarlo necesitaremos una sartén precalentada con fuego bajo, y agregando un poco de aceite de oliva, colocaremos el pan a cocinar, notaremos que se le formaran burbujas de aire o crecerá como un globo, en ese momento giramos el pan y terminamos de cocinarlo, al notar que ambas partes están doradas y tostadas, lo retiraremos del sartén y al cortar en el medio notaremos que el queso está derretido y el pan crujiente pero suave por dentro.

So simple, we can prepare this Arab bread with cheese that is a delight, its texture and taste delicious. This quantity was enough for 2 double large sized Arab breads.
