I’m wondering why we will use condensed and evaporated milk in a cake but it looks good though

Hey, @rafzat! Hope you're having a nice Wednesday 😄 As far as I've seen, evaporated and condensed milk have a concentrated milk flavor; you use less milk but get more milk flavor. Besides, they have about half of the fat. They also help stabilize mixes and add to the creamy texture depending on the case.
