RE: A Culinary Delight at Torre Bahia in Mojacar, Spain

Hi thisismylife ๐Ÿ‘‹

Sorry it took me a minute ๐Ÿ˜ to respond to this comment... life and such getting in the way ๐Ÿ˜…

Yeah, we were lucky after the second day, as we actually went to this restaurant twice. Once on the 2nd day of our trip, and again on the last day. This review is based upon the 2nd visit to Torre Bahia.

On the first visit, the owner who I mention in this post gave us some sound recommendations of places to eat, one of which I reviewed on hive.

All in all we were lucky with our food choices, and I cooked quite a few night to save money as well. The fish over in that area of Spain is so much better variety and quality than the UK. I cooked fish 3 times while on holiday because it was so good, and cheap at the market ๐Ÿ˜‰

Hey,

Don't ever worry about responding late because of life lol, I know exactly what you mean!

It's nice if you found a few good places, it's harder in our area to be honest but I bet if I'd really make an effort to find it in the big city near us, I'd find some fine dining options. BUT we don't like going there so I don't bother..

Nice to have some good fish options right? I remember when we paid like 2,50 euro for a pack of smoked salmon here in Spain back in 2016/2017 though.. when we returned these we're up 2-3 euros for the same weight.. ouch.. In Budapest it was even more expensive though..

I definitely eat more fish here than I did there because of the price difference :)

Hope you're good!
