It feels like it's been a while since I posted a diet meal plan. I successfully lost 20kg through walking and dieting, and I still manage my weight with specific meals whenever I need to diet. I'd like to introduce one of the meals I'm currently eating: Egg Mushroom Pizza. Actually, I came up with the name myself because it's made with only eggs and mushrooms but looks just like a pizza.

Here are the ingredients: eggs and mushrooms. Simple, right?

You can also cut the mushrooms like this.

When it’s a hassle to cook them one by one, you can also slice them into strips like this.

Once the mushrooms are ready, please prepare two eggs

I don’t beat the eggs. I just crack two eggs and add the mushrooms right in.


Then just mix it together like this.

Then cook it in a frying pan.

That’s it once you cook it like this. Doesn’t it look so delicious? The mushrooms are nice and chewy, so it tastes really good.

When I cook, I don’t season it. I just eat it with chili sauce after it’s done, and it’s so delicious without any extra seasoning. This is my own egg and mushroom pizza diet meal.

If you follow this meal plan for about a week, the bloating goes down, your size decreases, and your body feels lighter—it’s really great. When I eat like this, I don’t do any extra exercise.

You don’t like starving diets, right? They’re stressful too. With this egg and mushroom pizza, I eat it even at night when I’m hungry, and I’ll make it again if I get hungry at dawn!




Depending on how you cut the mushrooms, the final dish can look different, but the ingredients are just eggs and mushrooms. It’s really delicious, so you should definitely try making it. It’s also great as a diet meal.
