CRISPY CHICKEN NECK: Simple food in the village

Today I'm back to share how to make a dish I often cook on a daily basis. I call it crispy chicken neck. Please correct me if there are any mistakes #foodiesbeehive Community admins, please let me know if there are any errors in this post 🙏
OK, let me just mention the ingredients first:

1/2 chicken head
1 packet of ground pepper
1 packet of ground coriander
1 packet of Royco
1 packet of garlic powder
1/4 cup of flour
Water as needed
Next, let's move on to the method as follows: Clean the chicken head first and put it in a pan then add all the spices such as: one packet of garlic, one packet of ground pepper, one packet of ground coriander, one packet of Royco and immediately add 2 glasses of water. Then turn on the heat and immediately boil until cooked for more details see the photo below:


Next, after boiling until cooked, prepare dry ingredients such as wheat flour, then dip the chicken head into the flour and coat it evenly. After coating it evenly, heat the oil and fry it immediately until it turns brown and cooked. For further details, see the photo below:



Next, once cooked, drain and serve. After that, the crispy chicken head is ready to eat and can be served with warm rice and spicy chili sauce that can be adjusted to suit individual tastes. For further details, see the photo below:
