Today I'm back to share how to make a dish I often cook on a daily basis. I call it OPOR AYAM. Please correct me if there are any errors @foodiesbeehive Community admins, please let me know if there are any errors in this post 🙏

Okay, without further ado, let me list the ingredients for OPOR AYAM:

Ingredients:

​1/2 chicken

​250ml liquid coconut milk

​2 packs of Royco

​2 cloves garlic

​2 cloves shallots

​1 segment yellow onion

​1 segment ginger

​2 stalks lemongrass

​2 bay leaves

​2 tablespoons ground coriander

​3 tablespoons granulated sugar

Okay, moving on, first, grind all the spices, such as 2 cloves of garlic and 2 cloves of shallots. Then, add 1 segment ginger, 1 segment yellow onion, and ground coriander until smooth. For more details, see the photo below:

Next, sauté the ground spices until slightly browned or until fragrant and cooked through. Then, add 250ml of liquid coconut milk and stir until evenly distributed. For more details, see the photo below:

Next, add 1/2 of the chicken to the coconut milk sauce. Add everything. After adding, add 2 packets of Royco and 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar. For more details, see the photo below:

Next, add 2 stalks of serah and 2 bay leaves. Stir until evenly distributed. Cover and let the spices penetrate the chicken. Then, wait until cooked through. For more details, see the photo below:
