Ya can't beat mushrooms. Seriously.
It always astonishes me when I hear about people who don't like them!

My son HATES them! I think the trick is to fry them in a hot pan so the moisture evaporates and they go kinda crispy, or that's the way I like them anyway. They go really well with bacon too, though that's not too healthy haa!
