What kind of fish is it? We don't really get plantain here in Australia - it's not common for us to cook with it. It does look delicious! I might make a fish curry tonight.

        It's a frozen fish. Woahhh Plantain is not available in some parts of Africa too. Thank you for your comment, I hope you made the fish curry.
