I haven't tried that eggplant chutney and this is actually the first time I heard that. I also love eggplant but I already stop eating it for health reason. But, I want ro try thisssss. I want the ready made though, I don't think I can make a perfect eggplant chutney like yhis if I tried to. (≧▽≦)
