It doesn't feel like soon we will be celebrating Eid al-Fitr, and various preparations are being made at home, such as cleaning the house, sweeping the lawn, making cookies to welcome the guests who come to visit later on Eid, and I am now preparing these cookies to be served to the guests who visit the house,Today I made a cheese cake or some people call this cake a cork egg cake, what is this cake called in your place hehehe, no matter what it's called but it's clear that whenever Eid comes I never miss making this cake, in my opinion this cake is very tasty and very tasty,

The shape is small, long and pointed at the end, if my child calls this cake a toothpick cake hehe, there are children, yes, at first glance this cake looks like a toothpick according to him, but that's okay, the way to make this cake is also very easy, the only thing that makes me question it is the time to form it, which is very long, but even so, I highly recommend this cake to be made because it is very tasty and crunchy when we eat it, it doesn't feel like ludes at all

12 eggs (I forgot photo the 3 more)

Second

Crack the eggs gradually then mix the eggs until they are foamy and white. My goal in mixing the eggs is so that they don't smell fishy when added to the cake mixture.

After the dough is shaped by hand, no special mold is needed, then fry the dough until perfectly cooked

My cheese cake is ready to be served in a jar for Eid, this cake can last a long time as long as it is put in a closed jar, and this is the umpteenth time I have made this cake, and of course it has never failed as long as the measurements are right, according to what I mentioned above, those are the right measurements, the dough is not dry and also not wet, in short it can be shaped perfectly immediately

Oh yes, after the dough is formed, don't forget to immediately put it in cooking oil, because if you don't put it in oil, the dough can fall apart.

Well that's how I make cheesecake, maybe there is another way that is different from you? The taste of this cake is very crispy, and very savory, very suitable to be eaten while relaxing with family during Eid.
