Indomi yes, today I want to eat boiled Indomi again without having to make a smooth seasoning, my version of boiled Indomi will not be complete without vegetables, even though I don't use smooth seasoning, I still add vegetables like bean sprouts, bean sprouts are really suitable when cooked with Indomi, right? Are you a team that likes spicy seasoned Indomie or boiled Indomie like me hehhe, chopped bird's eye chilies are really spicy and really delicious when eaten raw

Weather like this is really suitable for us to eat boiled Indomie, right? In my place, the weather has been raining heavily since last night and this afternoon, I really wanted to eat noodles, and I immediately looked for Indomie at the place where it was stored to make it straight away, I made this super delicious Indomie for just one portion, for me alone, because the others were not at home, it was just me and my child at home, but this time I didn't give my child Indomie, I just made him fried rice which is a little healthier heheh

Just look at how delicious it is to eat Indomie when it's raining like this, especially when my stomach is so hungry like now, because I haven't eaten rice since morning, I only ate a few snacks, as usual, even though I eat a lot of snacks, I get hungry quickly, that's why if you're on a diet, don't eat a lot of snacks, because it can ruin your diet program, hehehe, but luckily today I'm not on a diet anymore so I'm free to eat anything

Okay, this is how I cook boiled Indomie in my version, just look at the steps that I will share here.

First

First, I started by chopping the cayenne pepper, shallots and tomatoes, then I sautéed them in a little hot oil until they wilted, then I added a little water.

After the water boiled, I put in the bean sprouts that had been washed clean beforehand. I cooked them until the bean sprouts were half cooked, then I put in the Indomie, then I put in the Indomie seasoning, celery leaves, and spring onions.

The sauce is very refreshing, the spiciness is just right, the pieces of cayenne pepper are very spicy, basically it's really delicious and fresh cooked like this, no need to use a lot of spices, this is my favorite version of Indomie. and I also highly recommend you try cooking Indomie like this, I guarantee you will be addicted and will definitely try to make it again

Wow! Indomie noodles! 🤩 I like their Indomie Mi Goreng Variant. I haven’t tried that. Hoping that they also sell that kind of noodles here in the PH 🇵🇭

Wow this method of cooking noodles is great, I will give it a try

I like mixing instant noodles with vegetables so this food turns yummy with health benefits.

Uuuh I did a very similar recipe with other kind of noodles some time, me and my hubby both love mungo sprout 🌱🌿
