This chocolate filled cheese bread is my child's request, so today I will be creative in the kitchen to fulfill my only child's request, because as a mother of course I will not be able to see my child asking for something, if we can grant it, why not, especially children only ask to make their favorite food, and I as a mother feel very happy when my child asks to cook for him, and hopefully later my child will finish what I cook, because the happiness of a mother is seeing her child eat with gusto

Anyone who sees this chocolate-filled bread, I'm sure they will definitely like it, with its very plump shape, and its very melting filling, who doesn't like it, especially children can't escape their sight, even if we walk around in the supermarket, my child can't see bread with chocolate filling, he will definitely immediately ask me to buy it for him

As usual, I only use wheat flour, yeast, and eggs for the bread, while the filling is just chocolate bars and chocolate sprinkles.

For those of you curious about the process, just follow the step-by-step instructions I'll share in my post today.

Materials used

250 grams of flour
Chocolate bars to taste
Grated cheese to taste
30 grams of granulated sugar
1/2 tablespoon instant yeast
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons melted margarine
120 ml liquid milk

Manufacturing procedure

First

First, I put the liquid milk, granulated sugar, and instant yeast into a large container, and after it foamed, I added the eggs and flour, then I stirred until evenly mixed.

Second

Next, I added the melted margarine and stirred it again. I kneaded it until the dough was solid, then I let it rest for 1 hour. After 1 hour, I divided the dough into small pieces, then I cut the chocolate bars to put in the bread.

Third

I put the chocolate into the bread mixture, then I round the bread again and I cover the bread with egg yolk and sprinkle with grated cheese, then I bake the bread until cooked using the oven at 170 degrees Celsius, top and bottom fire for 35 minutes.

The bread is very soft and also crunchy on the outside of the top because of the grated cheese that is baked, the taste is very tasty, while inside there is a melted chocolate bar which is sweet and very delicious. My child really likes it, he took it to school and he also shared it with his friends at school and I am also happy that his child finally liked it hehhe

Easy to make and with few ingredients. I like thissss. I'll make this too if only we have the oven. I might make one with different flavors. I love how you made the bread, soft but crunchy on the outside just like how I like my bread. It'll be awesome it you cook it a lil more to give it a perfect color brownish 🤤🤤💃🌼✨

I must say, this looks super yummy 😋! I love how you broke down the recipe, and it turned out so nice. I’ll definitely give it a try one day.

Its mouth watering,

at first sight I thought it was milky doughnuts.

Can you choose to fry as an alternative or I must bake to achieve the exact thing
