Chocolate banana cake with added palm sugar

Eating sponge cake never seems to get boring in my mouth, various kinds of sponge cake that we can now present in the midst of our beloved family at home, like today I will make a banana sponge cake with chocolate flavor, because before I made a regular banana sponge cake, but now I will try to make a chocolate banana sponge cake.

I already have the ingredients for the sponge cake at home, so I don't need to go out and buy them. I just add them. Don't forget to weigh them carefully, otherwise the cake will be hard or even soft.

Materials used

4 bananas
220 grams of wheat flour
50 grams of cocoa powder
30 grams of granulated sugar
20 grams of palm sugar
35 grams of melted margarine
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda


Manufacturing procedure



First


First, I peeled the banana and then I mashed the banana using a fork until it was smooth. After it was smooth, I broke 1 egg into the banana. I also added the palm sugar and then I stirred it.

Second


Next, I added salt, granulated sugar, baking soda, vanilla and melted margarine. I stirred until the sugar dissolved.

Third


After the sugar has dissolved, I add the cocoa powder and flour and stir until smooth. Then I put it in the baking tin, which I had previously put margarine in.

Four


Next, I added chocolate sprinkles (optional) and banana slices on top, then I baked it in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius, top and bottom heat for 25 minutes.

and here is the result, my baked chocolate banana sponge cake is ready to be enjoyed, the fragrant aroma filled the room when it just came out of the oven, making me want to taste it straight away and who would have thought that this time I managed to make my chocolate banana sponge cake perfectly, I waited a few minutes until the sponge cake was cold before I served it to my children

After it cooled down a bit, I immediately enjoyed it. Look how fluffy my cake is. It tastes delicious and sweet. Banana meets chocolate. You can imagine how delicious this cake is. Bananas are at the right level of ripeness, making this sponge cake naturally sweet with the taste of banana.

A little advice for making this banana sponge cake, make sure the bananas are really ripe, my friends, so that the sponge cake will also be perfectly delicious.
