Making pudding at home is a common thing for me, but making pudding with a mixture of biscuits in it is a new thing for me, why not this biscuit pudding I have seen from the internet which I think is very easy to make you can use chocolate flavored pudding or you can make your own chocolate pudding, like me who made my own pudding with chocolate flavor and mixed it with biscuits.
The biscuits mixed into this pudding, you can use any biscuits, the ones you like or the ones you have at home, coincidentally at my house there are ATB bread biscuits so I made it with ATB bread biscuits, this ATB bread is always in stock at my house, because my child likes to snack on this bread every morning, he usually snacks on bread with a glass of warm white milk that he usually drinks every morning
This is my first time making this pudding, I don't use many ingredients, just agar agar plant, chocolate bars, granulated sugar and water to make the pudding, oh yeah, don't forget I used ATB bread as an ingredient in the pudding mix
I'm curious about how I make the pudding. Well, follow the steps that I will share in my post this time.
Materials used
1/2 bar of chocolate
900 ml of water
120 grams of granulated sugar
Biscuits to taste
Manufacturing procedure
First I took a pan and put in the agar-agar plant, granulated sugar and boiled water, then I cooked it.

Before cooking, I added the chocolate bar, then I cooked it until it boiled, until the chocolate bar melted and the agar turned into a dark brown color.

After the agar-agar boiled, I took the ATB biscuits and put them into the baking pan one by one, then I poured the chocolate agar-agar over them until they were all gone, then I let them sit until they hardened, then I put them in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then I cut the agar-agar into small pieces and served them.

RESULTS
After I took it out of the refrigerator, I cut it into small squares like this, and I served it on a serving plate, and my family was ready to enjoy it, this chocolate jelly with ATB biscuit sprinkles really became a luxurious and very delicious dish, the appearance is also very beautiful, right?

When I tasted it, it was very sweet and soft on my tongue, and I couldn't stop eating it. The combination of agar-agar chocolate and biscuits makes it a perfect dish when served at family events or if there is an event at home and can also be brought as a souvenir to relatives.
