Hi all my friends, it feels like it's been a long time since I've had time to cook because I've been so busy lately at the office, facing the end of the year there must be a lot of activities at my office, thankfully today my busyness has started to decrease and I can cook again and share recipes that I often cook at home, like this very simple recipe but is really liked by the children, made from my choice of eggs

Because I really enjoy cooking and also enjoy sharing recipes in this community, so even with my busy schedule, if I have the opportunity like today, I will take advantage of it to cook and share the recipe.


Crispy egg crackers

Crispy egg crackers are made from eggs and wheat flour and tapioca flour. For the fine seasoning, I only add a little salt, pepper and mushroom broth. This recipe was inspired by my son, who loves eggs and can't eat without eggs. Therefore, as his mother, I always think of delicious snacks made from eggs and I have the idea to make egg crackers. These crackers are very crunchy when eaten, and my son really likes them.

This is the second time I've cooked this egg snack, so I only cooked 1 egg, especially for my child, 1 egg can also become a lot if it's fried, so I didn't make more eggs because I was afraid my child wouldn't be So, you're curious about how I cook it. Materials used

1 egg
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon tapioca flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/12 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon mushroom stock


Manufacturing procedure


First


First I broke one egg into a bowl, then I poured in the flour and ground spices.

Second


Next, I stirred it until everything was mixed, then I heated the cooking oil and fried it.

Third


Next, I fry it until it turns golden brown, don't forget to turn it over so it cooks evenly.

This is the result of my egg crackers today, this snack is very crunchy and after it is cooked you can immediately enjoy it with gusto. It can also be used as a side dish for rice, eaten warm like this it is very crunchy and delicious.

This snack cannot be stored for a long time, because if it is stored for a long time, its crispiness will decrease, so as soon as it is cooked, let's eat it straight away, OK?

If I enjoy it by dipping it in my favorite hot sauce, and it's true that when dipped in the sauce, it tastes really delicious and really crispy immediately.

Without realizing it, my child and I had finished it in an instant, hehehe
