Hi my foodie friends, today I'm back again to share a fried snack recipe that's very popular in my area: stuffed tofu. Stuffed tofu with vegetables is very popular here. But today I'm making stuffed tofu with vegetables and quail eggs. I've seen this recipe on social media recently. Basically, my snack combines tofu, vegetables, and chicken and quail eggs, making it truly spectacular.
I've rarely seen a snack like this before, except for stuffed tofu with vegetables without eggs, which is very popular here.

It just so happened that today, the house was out of snacks because my husband, my mother, and my daughter love to snack, so I took the initiative to make a super quick, simple, and delicious snack. Crispy snacks are the best for serving to the family at home, perfect for snacking on when relaxing.
This snack is also very suitable to be shared with children because it is related to eggs. I am sure children will really like it.

Tofu stuffed with quail eggs, from the title alone, it is clear that this snack is made from tofu that is mixed with selected spices. I also added a few vegetables, namely carrots. For the filling, I filled it again with quail eggs, and finally I coated it with chicken eggs, then fried it until crispy.
Curious about how I made it? Just follow the steps that I will share in my post today.
Materials used

8 quail eggs
1 chicken egg
1 carrot
1 stalk of celery
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Manufacturing procedure
First I boil the quail eggs until cooked for about 10 minutes.
