Making my child's school lunch has become my routine every morning, but I am often confused about what kind of lunch to prepare for my child, so that he will eat it, but it also has to have protein and vegetables too. As a result, I found my favorite recipe when my child doesn't want to eat vegetables, namely vegetables mixed with eggs which makes it look attractive and tastes good too.

Yes, that's how it is with children. We have to create a lot of creative food every day. A nutritious menu is certainly my mainstay every day for my little one. And I chose eggs because, as we know, eggs contain a lot of vitamins, minerals, and protein which are very good for children.

According to research that I have read, children are advised to eat 4 eggs every day, but I myself have never practiced it, my child eats 2 eggs at most every day, because he doesn't really like eating rice, so as his mother, I am often confused about what side dishes he wants to cook for rice.

But I'm also happy if my child likes eggs, so I can prepare a different egg menu almost every day heheh

and well, it just so happens that today there are a lot of lettuce leaves at home, so I mixed the lettuce with eggs which will make a special dish.

Materials used

2 chicken eggs
2 lettuce leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp chicken seasoning

Manufacturing procedure

First

First, I cut the lettuce into small pieces, then I put the egg whites, salt, pepper, and seasoning into the lettuce pieces. Meanwhile, I separated the egg yolks in another container first.

Second

Next, I cooked the egg whites together with the vegetables, then spread them evenly in the pan. After they were slightly cooked, I rolled the eggs.

Third

After I rolled all the white layers, I added the egg yolks. After they were slightly cooked, I rolled them again and cooked them briefly until both eggs were perfectly cooked. Just turn the heat down, don't make it too high, you might burn it, hehehe.
