Mochi cake that has recently gone viral in my area, this cake made from a mixture of glutinous rice flour and tapioca, is sold a lot in the market in my area, and the price is quite expensive, one cake can be sold for around 10 thousand rupiah, so instead of buying it outside I plan to make it myself at home, after I buy the ingredients.

And it turns out the ingredients are very easy, only using flour, glutinous rice and tapioca, and I also use chocolate powdered milk, because I want mochi with a chocolate flavor, for the filling I also fill it with very sweet chocolate sprinkles.

Actually, making this mochi cake was my son's request, he can't wait to eat a lot of mochi, he said, if he buys it, he can't eat a lot, at most 3 or one piece, whereas if he makes it himself at home, he can eat as much as he wants, and everyone at home can get a share

Okay, no need for further small talk, I will start making my and my child's favorite mochi cake, the mochi that I made is a chocolate version, maybe next time I will also make mochi with fruit flavors, because besides liking chocolate mochi cakes, I also like fruit flavored mochi. any fruit, be it mango, strawberry, grapes and others

My chocolate mochi is ready and can be enjoyed straight away like this, on top I sprinkled some more chocolate milk powder, so that the chocolate flavor is even more pronounced hehe, because my child and I are really chocolate lovers

The taste of the mochi cake is chewy and savory, the combination of chocolate sprinkles and chocolate milk powder on top makes me want to devour it all.
