First time making egg rolls

Egg roll is a fried egg mixed with a little water and other seasonings. This snack is very popular among our society, especially children who really like this snack. What attracts children's attention is the process of making the egg wrapped around a skewer. In my opinion, this is the most difficult part of making this snack. I'm not good at wrapping it on a skewer, which is what makes me dizzy, so I never want to make it.

But today my child's request, he really wants to enjoy egg rolls, he also promised to help me make them hehehe, that's why I want to make egg rolls straight away, okay, there's no other choice, I'll make them even though the results will be a little messy, but I really know the recipe, because I once saw my brother make them, he happens to sell egg rolls, that's where I learned to roll them, but still I'm not good at rolling them, the results aren't very neat.

But even though I'm not very good at making it, I really enjoy eating it, just like my kids. This dish is truly delicious, especially when dipped in our favorite sauce. I can't imagine how delicious it is.

Well, instead of wondering, just follow the steps I'll share in my post today.


Materials used

3 eggs
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp Royco
Several satay skewers
Chili sauce
A perforated Aqua bottle


Manufacturing procedure


First


First I broke 3 eggs then I added salt and Royco

Second


I beat the eggs for a while, then I added 5 tablespoons of water, then I put the eggs into an Aqua bottle whose lid I had made a hole in.

Third


Finally, I heat the oil until it is really hot and then I pour the eggs from the Aqua bottle into the hot oil, while I roll them with a satay stick.

RESULTS

Taraa... Here's the result, I told you I wasn't very neat in rolling it hehe it's really messy, isn't it? I've tried to tidy it up but I'm still not good at rolling it, some are big and some are small, the eggs are not all evenly distributed, but oh well, the important thing is that it tastes good.

Hehehe the taste is exactly the same as the ones sold by street vendors on the street, it's so delicious I can't stop chewing it.

Especially when dipped in sauce, I deliberately made chili and tomato sauce for dipping it, for the sauce my son poured it on the egg rolls, as he said he wanted to help me, so I just let him be creative and this is the result, it is indeed very messy, hehehe
But as I explained earlier, don't judge by the appearance but look at the recipe and the taste is truly very delicious, try making it once at home!
