how to make Apong boiled cake

Apong godok cake is what we usually call this cake, made from flour and instant yeast and for sweetening I add granulated sugar. This cake is very filling when we eat it, this cake was also a popular cake in the past, but now honestly I have never found this cake again we have to make it ourselves first if we want to enjoy it,

Made from simple ingredients, I think the ingredients are definitely in your kitchen, because this cake is famous for being a simple cake, anyone can make it straight away.

This cake is very suitable as an afternoon snack or if you have guests visiting, you can immediately serve this cake while it is warm. I guarantee your guests will love it, especially if you add a glass of coffee or tea to make the atmosphere even more relaxed, hehehe

It just so happened that today I wanted to enjoy a snack, well when I checked there weren't many ingredients that I could use to make it, so I made a snack with the ingredients I had, and it turned out that my mother said it would be better to just make Apong godok cake because the ingredients were very suitable for Apong godok cake.

Materials used

250 grams of flour
100 grams of granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of instant yeast
200 ml of warm water
1/2 teaspoon of salt


Manufacturing procedure


First


First, I took a larger empty container, then I put in the flour, granulated sugar and salt, mixed them and stirred them until they were evenly mixed.

Next, I add the yeast and warm water gradually.

While I was stirring the dough, I added warm water again and kneaded the dough again. After it was smooth, I covered it and let it rest for 1 hour.

Four


After 1 hour, the dough had risen, I opened it and took a spoonful and then fried it until it was golden brown.

This is the result, the fried apong cake is ready and ready to be eaten in the afternoon while we are relaxing, the taste of the cake is sweet, crispy and very soft inside, yes, even though the process of making it is that easy, but who would have thought that the taste is really very delicious and very special in my mouth
