Sago mango is a dessert that comes from Hong Kong, but now this sago mango has been in great demand by culinary lovers from all over the world, especially in Indonesia, this sago mango is very popular, there are sellers everywhere, but unfortunately in the area where I live there are rarely any who sell it, if there is I have to go far to buy it, so as a result, coincidentally there are a lot of mangoes at home I tried to make it myself at home with just the ingredients I had.
As the name implies, sago mango, sago mango is made from ripe mango and pearl sago, the combination of the two adds to the deliciousness when we enjoy it cold or at room temperature is also very delicious. Moreover, added with liquid milk, sweetened condensed milk and grated cheese, this dish is perfect as a dessert anywhere and anytime when there is a family event, it is very suitable for us to serve as a dessert.

50 grams of pearl sago
1 glass of liquid milk
1 sachet of sweetened condensed milk

Manufacturing procedure
First of all, I boiled the sago pearls for about 15 minutes, until the sago pearls were cooked and when I bit into them, they were soft.

next I peeled the skin of the mango and washed it first until it was clean, and then I cut it into small pieces so it was easy to blend, then I put all the mango pieces into the blender

I blended the mango and added just a little liquid milk, I didn't add any more water, so that the mango would thicken, I blended it until the mango was smooth,Next, I started to mash the mango sago, I put the smooth mango into a glass, then the sago pearls, liquid milk, sweetened condensed milk and grated cheese, I arranged them neatly in the glass.

RESULTS
My homemade mango sago is ready, the basic ingredients that are available at home can be a special dessert, very sweet, from sweet mango fruit, sweetened condensed milk is also added with liquid milk, and also grated cheese is added which makes this dish so tasty when enjoyed.

Before I enjoyed it, I stored the mango sago in the refrigerator first, so that when I enjoyed it, it would be even more delicious. With the combination of the sweet taste of the original fruit and the savory taste of the various ingredients that I put in here, I couldn't get enough of just one glass.
