Hi culinary lovers throughout Indonesia, back again with me Ryana, today I will share a recipe that will definitely be loved by many people from children to adults, what else if not fried Indomie with the addition of special meat that I will make myself at home, made from yesterday's leftover meat in the refrigerator so I will process it to be very delicious later.

Because these past few days I have always cooked beef, starting from the meat, bones, to the offal and fat, so today I will take beef and cook it with Indomie, as it sounds, the taste will definitely be very delicious.

In my area, beef noodles are quite expensive in the market because there are few sellers. If we want to enjoy them, we have to go to town first, even if it's a bit far.

But today, I'm going to make them myself at home, using ingredients I have at home. The combination of carbohydrate-rich noodles and high-protein meat is a perfect combination. I think the noodles taste even more delicious, and the natural sweetness of the meat is definitely noticeable.

RESULTS

This is the result of this super delicious beef noodle ready to be served on my dining table at home my son and husband are impatient to taste it but can not try it because now we are all at home fasting, so we have to wait for Maghrib first to break the fast. I deliberately cooked the noodles without soup because we will eat this noodle when breaking the fast later in about 40 minutes and if I cook the noodles with soup later the noodles will be soft and expand it will definitely not be delicious anymore, if fried dry like this it seems it will be safe while waiting for breaking the fast later.

Finally, what we have been waiting for has arrived. When the Maghrib call to prayer sounded, we immediately enjoyed this beef noodle. It tasted delicious, really delicious in my opinion. The meat was also tender because I had cooked the meat for a long time until it was really tender.
