
Tuna is a very popular sea fish in my area, tuna is also very popular here, there are many ways to cook it from manual to instant, and today I don't want to bother grinding the spices anymore, coincidentally today I went to the market and bought instant spices that had been mixed by those who sell spices there, the spices are the same as regular rendang spices such as red chilies, dried chilies, shallots and others

I also didn't forget to add coconut milk to it, I also happened to buy the coconut milk at the usual traditional market.I rarely cook this tuna rendang, because usually in our area tuna is only cooked with sambalado and cooked with coconut milk sauce, but today I really want to eat fish rendang, not always fish meat is no less delicious than meat if cooked rendang like this.

Tuna rendang can also be used as a side dish when there is a special celebration at home as a substitute for chicken and beef, if there are those who don't like eating meat, you can replace it with this fish, I guarantee that tuna rendang is very delicious and liked by many people.
If you are curious about the tuna rendang recipe, just follow the steps that I will share. Even though I bought the instant spices at the market, you can also buy ready-made spices at the market so you don't have to bother grinding them again.
Materials used

250 grams of rendang seasoning
500 ml of coconut milk
2 stalks of lemongrass
5 kaffir lime leaves

I first fried the fish that I had cleaned until dry

After the fish was fried until dry, I started to chop the lime leaves and lemongrass. I just crushed them and put them in the pan.

Next, I put the instant seasoning and coconut milk into the pan at the same time, then I cooked it.

I didn't forget to add salt and a little palm sugar and I continued to cook until the sauce thickened

This is the result, cooked tuna rendang is ready to be enjoyed with your family at home, this rendang tuna is very easy to cook, as the title suggests, rendang fish with instant spices, I bought this instant spice at the traditional market so that it is faster and easier to cook and you don't need to get tired of grinding the tapai spices, the taste is the same as if we grind it ourselves


You can see for yourself the texture of the fish is very soft and delicious, the rendang spices are really absorbed into it and the aroma is fragrant, it's really delicious to eat with warm rice.
