Well, today I will make an authentic butter sponge cake, friends, not a modern sponge cake anymore, hehe because I really want to taste my childhood cake, my mother used to make this butter sponge cake very often even without a mixer, my mother only beat the eggs manually but managed to make a super soft sponge cake, and today I will make it myself using my own mixer hehehe
This super simple sponge cake is really easy to make, because it doesn't use too many ingredients, simple ingredients with an incredibly delicious taste make anyone definitely like this sponge cake recipe,

Materials used
200 grams of flour
200 grams of granulated sugar
200 grams of margarine
1/2 tbsp SP
1/2 tbsp baking powder
Manufacturing procedure
First of all, I took a container, then I put in granulated sugar, margarine, I broke 4 eggs, SP and baking powder, then I mixed it until it was evenly mixed.

After I mixed it, I added the flour slowly by sifting it until it was all used up, and I mixed it again until it was white, then I put it into the sponge cake tin, to bake it on a treplon.

I baked it over very low heat, I baked it in a treplon, not in the oven, I baked it until it was perfectly cooked

RESULTS
After it was perfectly cooked, indicated by it no longer sticking to the stick, I cut it into small pieces and placed it on a serving plate for my family to eat. Oh yes, for my son, he sprinkled chocolate chokochips on top of his sponge cake, because he really likes chokochips eaten with sponge cake, but oh well, it's okay, I really want to try it, from what I saw, it was very soft and smelled so fragrant when I took
