
Hi foodie friends, today for some reason, my child suddenly wanted to buy some condrog snacks at home, while the weather is not conducive to going out. It rains heavily almost every day in my area until the evening. I'm afraid of flooding at the end of this year due to the incessant rain. Hmm, okay, enough about the weather in my area for now, hehehe, back to my child's request.
Yes, because it's raining, I took the initiative to make some homemade cordog. Actually, I'm not very good at making this snack, so I deliberately looked up cordog recipes on the internet.

After I looked at the cordog recipe on the internet, I thought it was quite easy to make, especially since I still had the ingredients at home, so it would make it easier for me to make it.
With heavy rain like this, I also feel hungry and want snacks, just like my child, hehehe, but cordog is also a delicious and filling snack in my opinion, because its shape and size are quite large, plus the filling inside is also filling.

For the filling inside, as usual, I filled it with sausage and mozzarella cheese, which is my child's favorite. He wanted cordok with mozzarella cheese filling. Okay, my child, I will make the snack you want today.

Materials used

1 mozzarella cheese
2 sausages
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 tablespoon instant yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon powdered milk
Breadcrumbs to taste
Manufacturing procedure
First I put warm water into the yeast, sugar and salt then I let it sit for 15 minutes

While waiting, I cut the sausage and cheese into pieces, just according to taste.

Next, after 15 minutes, I added the flour to the yeast mixture, then I kneaded it until it was smooth. After it was smooth, I let it rest for 15 minutes.

Next, after 15 minutes, I took pieces of sausage and cheese, skewered them on satay skewers, then coated them with the flour mixture.

RESULTS

This is the result of the cordog snack that my child requested, it is ready, oh yes I served it with chili sauce and mayonnaise, because this cordog is indeed suitable to be combined with sauce and mayonnaise to add flavor to every dish, this dish is very popular with children, so it is not surprising that there are many sellers of this snack in schools.
