
Hi foodies or culinary lovers, today I will share a sponge cake recipe, a sponge cake that is usually served at certain events at home or can be brought as a souvenir to a friend or relative's house. Well, it was just right today I made a sponge cake to take to my relative's house. Coincidentally, there was a celebration at his house so I immediately bought the ingredients and made the cake at home.

Simple butter sponge cake, as the title suggests, this sponge cake is very simple to make. You don't need to use many ingredients, the most important thing is to know that eggs, sugar, butter, and wheat flour are the mandatory ingredients that you need. For the additions, I added vanilla powder and cake form. This cake form is usually used in sponge cakes or dry cakes such as nastar.
Fom or what is usually called cake softener is also very important in making sponge cake, if there is no fom the cake will not be so soft but if there is no fom then you can just skip it but with the risk that the cake will not be so soft

as I said above, I made this cake to bring to my brother's house who was having an event, I deliberately made 2 cakes, one for me, the other to bring to my brother's event.
To make it, just follow my steps below
Materials used

1 tablespoon of flour
250 grams of flour
250 grams of butter
250 grams of granulated sugar
1 sachet of vanilla
Manufacturing procedure
Add granulated sugar and eggs. Then mix until the sugar dissolves and the eggs expand

Make sure the eggs are fully expanded, marked with white streaks, then add the margarine to the mixer again until the margarine dissolves

Add the flour gradually, mix again and again until it becomes a dough, add one vanilla powder, mix again until everything is dissolved

Next, put it into the mold and bake in the oven with top and bottom heat at a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes or until the cake is cooked.

RESULTS

and this is the result the butter sponge cake is ready, next I repeated the same recipe to make another cake dough, as I said earlier I made 2 sponge cakes. and this one that is cooked is especially for us to eat at home and wow while it is hot like this I immediately took it out of the oven and also took it out of the mold to cut it like this

Eating it while it's warm like this is very delicious and tasty. The texture of the cake is very soft. I really like it. Apart from that, the sweetness is also to my taste, not too sweet either.
So, if you have eggs, flour, sugar, and margarine, don't forget to make this cake at home. Even though the ingredients are very simple, the cake is very delicious. Try it.
