my version of cooking spicy noodles nyemek

Noodles are a very simple food menu when we don't know what else to cook, well, nyemek noodles are the right choice when you are confused about choosing a menu for every day, usually we can enjoy nyemek noodles in our favorite cafes or restaurants, but today we can enjoy nyemek noodles in a home-cooked version which is no less delicious.

For the noodles, I used Indomi noodles because I happened to be the only ones I had at home. However, if you have egg noodles, that's even better. If you don't have Indomi noodles, they're equally delicious.

Mi nyemek is a type of egg noodle or Indomi noodle cooked in A little broth, also known as becek (becek). It's not dry noodles or noodle soup. It's mixed with selected spices and topped with scrambled eggs. Some also include vegetables like mustard greens, meatballs, sausages, and so on. I didn't add any toppings here; I just cooked what I had at home.

I think many people love these noodles, and I personally do. Besides noodle soup, nyemek noodles are also a favorite of mine when I'm hungry.

So, if you're curious about how I cook these nyemek noodles, just follow the steps I'll share in my post today.


Materials used

1 pack of instant noodles
1 tablespoon ground red chili
5 bird's eye chilies
1 shallot
1 clove garlic
1 egg
1 tomato
1 stalk spring onion


Manufacturing procedure


First


First I started cutting the onions, chilies and tomatoes into small pieces.

Second


Next, I sautéed the onions, chilies, and tomatoes with a little cooking oil. After they wilted, I added the ground chilies, added water, and added 1 egg, then I cooked until the spices were cooked.

Third


Next I add the sauce, soy sauce, after the water boils I add the noodles

Four


Next, I added the noodle seasoning and spring onions, then I cooked until the sauce reduced, so it became nyemek noodles.

RESULTS

This is the result of the nyemek noodles that I made, why are these noodles called nyemek because the thick sauce with the addition of eggs makes the sauce shrink, and makes the sauce thick, that's why this sauce is called nyemek and I really like this way of cooking noodles, not fried noodles but not noodles with soup either, right hehehe, try making it at home in the version you like

with a very delicious spicy taste, oh yeah, earlier I added a little shrimp in it but I forgot to take a photo, you can imagine how delicious the noodles are cooked like this, it's really very delicious.

Basically, I never get bored of eating these noodles. I often cook instant noodles and share them here, but in different versions. If it were the same version, I wouldn't share them here.
