simple fried cireng cake

Good afternoon everyone, I hope you're all having a great day. Today I want to share a simpler recipe for Cireng cake. We usually eat Cireng with cuko sauce. This time, I'm making a simple fried Cireng cake coated with breadcrumbs. This Cireng is delicious eaten just like this without the cuko sauce, or you can also dip it in your favorite chili sauce.

Since I'm not in the mood for spicy food today, I decided to make this Cireng cake without any dipping sauce. I've been eating spicy food for a few days now, and I've noticed that it's been causing my stomach ache lately. So, this time, I'm opting for something less spicy.

Finally, I found a delicious and non-spicy snack idea. This snack, made from tapioca flour, is chewy and savory, and it's absolutely delicious. Everyone loves it, including me and my family. We really enjoy fried snacks like this.

Besides being delicious, this cireng can also be stored in the refrigerator to be fried the next day. I usually make it in large quantities to keep frozen. If my kids want a fried snack, I just fry it whenever they want. It's very convenient, isn't it?

Materials used

200 grams of wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Royco
1 stalk of spring onion
Water to taste
Breadcrumbs to taste


Manufacturing procedure



First


First I put the flour into a larger container then I started to cut the spring onions into small pieces

Next, I added a little water, spring onions, ground pepper and a little Royco, then I stirred until everything was mixed evenly.

Third


Next, I knead the flour until it becomes a dough and can be shaped. If there is not enough water, add a little more at a time. After the dough can be shaped, I dip it in water and then coat it in breadcrumbs.

After everything was coated with breadcrumbs, I started frying it until it was perfectly cooked.

This is my snack cake, ready and ready to be enjoyed while it's still hot, because it's tastier when it's hot, and if you want to dip it in sauce or other seasonings, I think it will be even tastier.

You can mix your own favorite sauce at home, with various ingredients such as chilies, onions or instant sauce that you buy at the market.

With its crispy taste on the outside and soft on the inside, as well as being chewy, fried cireng made from breadcrumbs like this is no less delicious than regular cireng.
