It started with my desire to enjoy unleavened bread at home and I tried to make it myself, which I had already made before. This is the second time I made unleavened bread at home because it happened that there were still some leftovers, leftovers from the ingredients I made a week ago.
without using eggs and a mixer, you can make fresh bread yourself at home without having to buy it again at the market, just follow my recipe below

1 tbsp instant yeast
200 ml of milk
2 tbsp margarine
Salt to taste
MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE
put the flour into a larger container and then add sugar, granulated sugar, instant yeast and liquid milk gradually

knead until the ingredients are mixed, then add margarine and salt and knead again until smooth

after resting the dough has expanded 2 times, fold the dough flat on the baking sheet you have

RESULTS

look at the result, it turns out that the result is very dense and cannot expand perfectly even though I have steamed it for a long time and as a result I just take it out of the steamer, I think this is the fault of the yeast, why did I say it like that, when I checked it, it turned out that the yeast was already in the air and the yeast storage container was not closed tightly, my goodness, after I got tired of making it, it turned out that my fresh bread failed

I was a little disappointed with the process of making it this time, to be honest, I was also tired when I made it, and I waited for hours and finally the bread didn't rise even though I had used special quality flour for making bread, but this will be a lesson for me in the future to check the yeast of the yeast I kept for a long time so that it is not exposed to air again
