Martabak is always our go-to when we're hungry, isn't it? Just one slice is enough to fill us up. Martabak can be served for breakfast or dinner. If you're craving martabak but don't have enough ingredients at home, you can use ingredients you already have at home, like eggs and flour. I'm sure you have them at home, right? I added a little more granulated sugar for a natural sweetener, and for the topping, I only used sweetened condensed milk with chocolate.
This martabak is different from the ones commonly sold in the market, the only difference is the topping. The ones sold in the market often have a variety of toppings, like cheese, cereal, corn, chocolate, and even coconut flavored martabak in my area. But this martabak, which only uses simple toppings like sweetened condensed milk, is just as delicious as the ones sold in the market, my friends.
Because martabak is very synonymous with sweet taste, so don't hesitate to add granulated sugar to your martabak, for the flour mixture I think it's the same, the only difference, as I mentioned above, is the topping, my friend.

1 chicken egg
3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
1 sachet of chocolate-flavored sweetened condensed milk
Manufacturing procedure
First I put in the granulated sugar and eggs then I beat them until the sugar dissolves, then I add the flour and water, add enough water until the texture of the dough thickens

After the mixture thickens, let it sit for 5 minutes, then take a ladle and bake the mixture on a non-stick baking sheet, bake until the mixture is cooked.

After the dough was cooked, I folded the martabak cake into 2, then I sprinkled it with chocolate-flavored sweetened condensed milk until it melted.

RESULTS
My sweet martabak is ready and ready to be enjoyed with my beloved family at home, if you have cheese at home or any toppings you like, you can add them, coincidentally at my house there are no toppings so I just use whatever toppings I have, just like this it is very delicious, the sweetness is just right, the martabak is also cooked evenly, because I cooked it with a slightly low heat

When you first bite into it, the sweet and savory taste of the martabak is immediately felt, the texture of the martabak is also soft, to make the martabak dough soft, just let the dough rest for about 5 to 10 minutes. to get soft martabak results, like my recipe.
