Ras Malai is a sweet recipe that is very popular in our Pakistan. It is mostly made on a happy occasion. In our house, this recipe is mostly made on the occasion of a guest or on the occasion of a festival. It is good to eat sweet in the morning on the occasion of a festival
I learned this recipe one year ago. When I gave my 10th class exams and I had six months vacation. During this period I learned to make ras malai on the occasion of Eid. During the eid my sister had to make a lot of recipes so I helped her. And I learned from them how to make this recipe. When I make ras malai, I feel the taste that I will enjoy after eating ras malai 😁
Ingredients
Sugar (125gm)
Oil (40ml)
One Egg
Laziza Ras Malai (75gm)
Milk (1 litre)
Procedure
First of all we will take 75 grams of Laziza Ras Malai and add one egg to it. Mix it well when it turns green. Then we will add 40 ml of oil and again mix it well

Now we will immediately make small pieces of this paste. Because if it is kept for some time, it can become hard
By the time we prepare small pieces of it, we will boil one liter of milk at a low flame. When the milk boils, we will add 125 grams of sugar to it
Then we will put the small pieces made of this paste in milk and cook them. These are ready in about 10 minutes. When it swells and after 10 minutes of cooking, we will take it off
Now Ras Malai is ready. 😋 It is quite easy to make and it is ready in less time. You can definitely try it
