Good day hiver friends of this community. I hope your having a good day so far. Today I'm gonna share to you one healthy recipe that you might consider for your healthy balanced diet.
Last night, I cooked one healthy recipe for my family, there are three main ingredients to consider for this recipe. Cauli flower, cabbage and pork meat. We call this in our place as "sauté vegetables".
As a mother, everyday I always think of a food that would not only taste good but also a healthy one. It's important for me to serve my family a dish that is delicious at the same time healthy so that it would make their immune system stronger.
So let me share to you the step by step process on how to cooked this healthy dish.
These are the main ingredients for this dish. Pork meat, cauli flower and cabbage. Some ingredients are garlic, onions, soy sauce, pimiento, seasonings, oil and salt to taste.
First sauté the garlic and onions until translucent.
Then add the pork, and sauté it until it's color is slightly brown.
When the meat is already tender, add the cauli flowers. I also added a tsp. of pimiento and salt.
Then I added a cup of water and 3 tablespoon soy sauce.
Last step for this recipe, I added the cabbages and cook for another 5 minutes or until the veggies are already cooked.
The food was done for just about 20 minutes, and you can enjoy it while it was still hot.
