Roasted chicken with sweet and sour taste / Pollo asado con sabor agridulce 🍗🍲🍖

Hellooo, hello

It's my first time posting in this community that covers a topic that I love: food, and who doesn't?
I'm not one to share many recipes and I don't know many of them, but I do like the ones I know, changing them a lot to get different results.

For this last birthday of my grandmother we decided to make chicken, which in a different way than always, my grandmother really likes changes in meats and if it is roasted more, everything that is roasted she likes.
I wanted to make a sweet and sour roast chicken.

Ingredients:
3 pounds of chicken (this is depending on what is going to be prepared)
2 sachets of cumin (to taste)
1 gram of sugar
1 ounce of oil
1 ounce of vinegar
Half an onion
Half a garlic
Salt (to taste)

Mode of preparation
After having everything on hand that I would use seasoning the chicken I just had to mix the ingredients and add them to the chicken.

  1. After chopping the garlic and onion I placed the rest of the ingredients minus the salt in another dish.

  1. Already with the salt (in this case the right and necessary for my grandmother) I integrated everything and I was testing the point until I got a perfect sweet and sour, because the combination of the typical ingredients plus sugar would give the perfect point.

  1. After making several holes in the chicken to allow the correct integration of the dressing, I added the mixture little by little.
  1. As I was integrating I fell short with garlic so I set out to add more, I really like the point it provides.
  1. After having all the chicken dressed I took it to the oven for about 20-25 minutes in the first round.

  1. After that time I took out the tray and turned the thighs, I took it to the oven for 25 more minutes.

  1. After that time it was ready, anyway everything depends on the level of cooking that you want to give it, there are those who like it with good juice that would take less time and those who like it drier. This time it was very dry.

ESPAÑOL

Hoolaaaa, hola

Hello, I apologize, I read the rules but I thought that since I'm not new to Hive and in the recipe there is a photo with my face worth it. It won't happen again. Greetings
