Taking a short break during the day can be both refreshing and energizing. Today, I’m excited to share a special snack recipe made with finely sliced ripe jackfruit, lightly roasted local cashews, soft noodles, fragrant curry leaves, and flavorful dried sprats (haal messa).
This unique combination creates a delightful fusion of texture and taste—delicious, nutritious, and full of local character.
It’s truly a simple dish to prepare, making it a perfect addition to our lovely break-time moments.

Ingredients...
⭐️ 100g finely chopped fermented jackfruit.
⭐️ peanut 50g.
⭐️ Noodles 35g.
⭐️ Some curry leaves.
⭐️ Dried sprats 35g.
⭐️ Sal t as needed.
⭐️ 2/1 teaspoon of chili powder.
⭐️ Coconut oil for frying.
The cooking process as follows.
First, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add some coconut oil to it.
Once the oil is hot, add the ingredients I mentioned earlier and sauté them until they turn golden brown.
Next, place the sautéed ingredients into a separate bowl, add chili powder and salt, and mix thoroughly.
