Meatballs are made from meat mixed with flour and spices, but if there is a lot of flour the taste of the meatballs will be less tasty and tough. is it the same as peppersoup?

        Ok, no its not. Peppersoup is just meat and spices, no flour is used. But the appearance is similar.
