**SPICY NOODLE SOUP **
Noodles are one of my favorite foods in my area. Almost everyone in my area likes noodles. There are also various ways of serving noodles. And there are always characteristics of processed noodles in each region. There are many types of noodles in my area. From instant noodles, ifumie, tiaw noodles, stick noodles, wet noodles, hun noodles and many more types of noodles.
I am a noodle lover. Whatever it is made into, I really like it. If I don't cook it myself I buy it at the stall.
This time I will cook the noodles myself. I use wet noodles. These wet noodles can only last one day, these noodles do not use preservatives, and because the noodles are wet, we call them wet noodles. I will cook spicy noodle soup, which will tempt your appetite and guarantee you will be full of sweat when you eat it. But if you don't like spicy, it's no problem, just reduce the amount of chili.
OK, let's start preparing the ingredients and seasonings.
Ingredients and seasonings:
- 250 gr wet noodles
- 1 pc carrot
- 2 leek leaves
- 2 stems of soup leaves
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 candlenuts
- 50 gr chilies
- one spoonful of fast shrimp
- 2 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of hot sauce
- 3 spoons of soy sauce
- salt to taste
- a little oil to stir fry the spices
Now we start cooking
- Wash carrots, leek leaves, soup leaves. Then cut into pieces.
- Slice onions and tomatoes
- Puree the chilies, garlic and candlenuts.
- Fried shrimp quickly. If it's dry, remove it
- Saute the ground spices in the heated oil, stir until cooked.
- Add the carrot pieces, leek leaves and eggs. Cook until the carrots are slightly soft, add 2 glasses of water, then add the tomato pieces, sauce, soy sauce, fried shrimp and salt. Taste correction. If it feels right, add the wet noodles. Stir and add the soup leaves. No need to cook the noodles for a long time.
- Lift and serve. The spicy noodle soup is ready to be enjoyed.
Enjoyed while the noodles are still hot, it makes eating even more delicious. Savory, spicy and hot will make your sweat melt. But be careful, don't let it get too hot straight into your mouth, you might burn your lips...hehehe.
