Stir-fried long beans with anchovies, simple but full of nutrition

Hi foodie friends, this time I come back to this community with simple but delicious and nutritious dishes.

I will cook stir-fried long bean vegetables mixed with anchovies. Using simple spices so the cooking process doesn't take long.

Long beans are often processed into vegetables or fresh vegetables, as a side dish for rice. Coupled with fried fish or fried tempeh, long bean vegetables are complete.

This is a simple and delicious stir-fried vegetable with long beans mixed with anchovies for my lunch.

Ingredients and seasonings:

  1. 200 gr long beans
  2. 50 gr anchovies
  3. half an onion
  4. 2 cloves of garlic
  5. 5 red chilies
  6. 5 green chilies
  7. 1 tomato
  8. 3 bay leaves
  9. a little oil for frying, salt and sugar to taste

How to cook:
First of all, clean the long beans, chilies, onions, tomatoes, bay leaves and anchovies. Continue slicing the red chilies and green chilies. After that, cut the onion, garlic and tomatoes. Then slice it obliquely like the long beans

After the ingredients and spices have been cut, heat a little oil to sauté the spices. First, fry the anchovies until half cooked, then add the onions and garlic, saute until the onions are wilted, then add the chilies, tomatoes and bay leaves.

Saute briefly then add the sliced ​​long beans. Stir the stir-fried vegetables so they don't burn, after the long beans start to wilt, add a little water, sugar and salt. Just stir-fry briefly, don't let it be too cooked, because I think long bean vegetables are delicious half-cooked. So when you eat it, it's still crunchy and fresh.
