Coriander Chutney:-
The delicious coriander chutney served with Indian starters is everyone's favourite because there are many dishes that seem incomplete without the taste of coriander chutney but they taste much better with this chutney. Coriander chutney is made in many ways and it can be stored for a week by keeping it in the fridge.

Fresh coriander leaves - 200 grams
Green chilies - 8-10
Ginger piece 1 inch
Garlic - 8-10 pieces
Mint leaves 10-15
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
Curd - 3 teaspoons
Method:-
First of all, we will sort out the coriander leaves i.e. we will remove the leaves from its stem
Take mint leaves as well
Wash the remaining ingredients (green chilli, ginger, garlic)
thoroughly with water
Put it in a sieve for some time and remove the excess water
After this, put all the ingredients in the mixer jar and sprinkle salt,
Cumin powder
And curd
Put it and grind it
(We are not adding water to it because it is curd which will mix with coriander and make a paste) The color of chutney prepared with curd also looks very good
And it also has a slightly sour taste It becomes spicy which enhances its taste even more. It gets ready in few minutes.
It can be eaten with anything, roti, rice or any dish which needs spicy taste. It is really very tasty.
