Succulent semolina pudding
In India, semolina pudding is usually made for auspicious occasions, during puja or as prasad in temples. It is also called Rava Sheera.
Ingredients:-
Semolina - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
The ratio of these three is 1:1:1
Gram flour - 2 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Water - 3 cups
Saffron - 4-5 pieces
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Cashews, almonds, pistachios, raisins as required
Method:-
For syrup:-
Put 3 cups of water in a pan, add 1 cup of sugar and heat it till it boils well or cook the water till the sugar melts
Add cardamom powder and saffron to this
Now take one cup of semolina in a pan
And one cup of milk
Put it in the ghee and mix it and keep it aside for 1 hour
This makes the semolina swell well and absorb the milk which makes the halwa juicy
Now heat 3/4 cup ghee in a pan and fry all the dry fruits in it on low flame and take them out
Now add the already soaked semolina
and 2 tsp gram flour
cook on medium flame till done Until the mixture becomes thick
Then add sugar syrup
And again the mixture will become thin
And again stir it till it becomes thick
Cook till the mixture starts leaving the pan
Now add roasted dry fruits
and mix
And the juicy semolina pudding is ready, everyone can eat and feed it
