Vegetable Lasagna
Veg Lasagna is available in many flavors. We will learn how to make it at home in an easy way. In this, layers of desired vegetables are applied and it is made with lots of cheese. This is an Italian dish recipe which is made in olive oil. There are some dishes which can be enjoyed only in restaurants. This recipe is also one such dish, seeing which people think that we can never make it, but it is very easy to make.
To make this recipe, 3 layers have to be made.
(1) White Sauce :-
Ingredients :-
Butter - 1/2 cup
Refined flour - 1/2 cup
Milk - 3 cups
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Method :-
First of all, heat butter in a pan.
Heat it and add flour
Mix it
Bake it for 5-7 minutes when its color changes a little
Then mix 3 cups of cold milk slowly
And keep stirring, when it starts to thicken, turn off the gas and add salt and black pepper powder
Good Mix it properly and the white sauce is ready
(2) Tomato Puree:-
Ingredients:-
Tomato - 5 puree
Olive oil - 1/2 table spoon
Green chilli, ginger, garlic paste - 1 spoon
Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Mixed herbs - 1 teaspoon
Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
Ketchup - 1 table spoon
Method:-
First of all, put olive oil in a pan
When it is hot, add (green chilli powder) oil in it Add chilli, ginger, garlic paste and cook
Then add tomato puree
In this add all the dry spices (red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric mixed herbs and Add chilli flakes and mix
Then add tomato ketchup and mix well
And after cooking for 5 minutes turn off the gas
Tomato puree is ready
( 3 ) Vegs :-
Ingredients :-
- Olive oil - 1 table spoon
- Green chilli, ginger, garlic paste - one spoon
- Onion - 4 finely chopped
- Peas - 1/2 cup boiled
- Sweet corn - 1/2 cup boiled
- Carrot - 1/2 cup finely chopped
- Capsicum - 1/2 cup finely chopped
- Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp spoon
- Oregano (Mixed Herb) - 1 tsp
- Chili flakes - 1 tsp
Method :-
Firstly, put olive oil in a pan and fry it by adding (green chilli, ginger and garlic paste)
Then add all the finely chopped vegetables one by one (onion,
Boiled peas, boiled sweet corn, finely chopped carrot,
Finely chopped capsicum)
Add all the dry spices (red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric, oregano and chilli flakes)
Add it well and mix it well Mix it properly and let it cook for 10 minutes.
To make Lasagna :-
Ingredients :-
Cake Tin
Oil
Lasagna Sheet
Mozzarella Cheese
Processed Cheese
Chili Flakes
Oregano
Method :-
Take a cake tin and apply oil all around it.
Then first layer of red sauce
Then layer of white sauce
Spread it all around and then put a sheet on top of it
Spread the cooked vegetables

Then we will put cheese on top
In the same way we will put 3-4 layers and put lots of mozzarella cheese on top
Then we will put processed cheese
And put it in a preheated oven on 180 degree centigrade grate
About 10- After 12 minutes or until the cheese melts and the top turns light brown, take it out
Cut it in the desired shape and eat it hot and serve it to others
