Wow! This is so yummy, one of my favorite snacks when I was in college pair with the vinegar sauce. Remembering this makes me crave. Sad that on our area no one is making or selling this vegetable roll even though we have a lot of vegetables here. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe of yours and I will try making it at home to satisfy my cravings.
