I really like cooking. I think cooking is an art for girls. I really enjoy cooking for my kids. And it makes me even better when they tell me how much fun it was. So I try to share my favorite moments with you.
I cooked chicken this afternoon. I couldn't think of what to eat for dinner, so I thought I had cooked chicken. It would be quite filling if I made a few naan rotis.
That's what I was thinking about. I started working on it immediately.
My kids love to eat chicken with naan bread. I tried to make naan bread with some ingredients I had at home.
Let's see how I made naan bread. At first I was wondering if it would be good. Although it is not as beautiful as the store-bought one, it is a bit nicer. After my kids and husband said no, it was actually a lot of fun.
I also like naan bread a lot. Sometimes I buy it from the store and eat it. The food from outside costs a lot but doesn't seem that healthy. So I try to make it at home.
Ingredients
About two cups of flour. Two tablespoons of sugar, one tablespoon of yeast, a pinch of salt, powdered milk, lukewarm water.
Ready
Take two cups of flour in a bowl and mix all the ingredients well. Now add some oil on the flour and keep it aside for half an hour.
After half an hour, I came back and tried to make the bread. After frying it in a pan for a while, I put it in the oven. My naan breads puffed up so beautifully.
I was surprised. I tried it once a long time ago. Today again. The naan breads were as beautiful to look at as they were to eat.
Finally, I served it with chicken, it was very fun. You guys should also try making it at home. Home-cooked meals are healthier, so even though it's hard for me, I try to make it at home for my kids.
