Today I have brought you a recipe. This is a traditional dish of our village Bengal. This dish is eaten more when new rice is harvested.
" Bow Vat "which we call Khuder vat.
It is usually made with short rice.
It's so much fun to eat, and it doesn't matter if you add something to it.
It is served with different types of fillings like shutki filling, almond filling, black cumin filling etc.
We eat more of this food during the winter. I still remember this food from my mother's hands when I was a child on a winter morning.
Today I will serve this dish with nuts.
Almonds are very beneficial for us. Almonds should be included in our daily diet.
Nuts contain a lot of calories.
Almonds have many benefits for increasing skin radiance.
The ingredients needed to prepare the dish are given below.
1.small rice
2.Gourd leaves, chili, onion. Salt.red chili.
3.nut etc.
Preparation process
First I will wash and drain the small rice. Now I will fry the onion, green chillies in oil on the stove. Now I will continue to fry the drained rice. I will add enough water. Now when they boil, I will add some gourd leaves in it.
I will stir for a while and finish cooking.
Now I will fry it for the almond butter. I will fry the dried chili, onion, and green chilies all nicely in oil. Once they are fried, I will grind them in a mortar.
You can make this into a blender blend if you wish.
A delicious breakfast is ready.
