HOME MADE PIZZA IS THE BEST
We've recently started making extensive use of out bread maker which also make make pizza dough as well as out little proving bag thingy to raise the pizza bases before garnishing them.
This is the second time we've made home made pizza, we opted to split the dough batch in to 3 this time to get bases that were less thick.
For this pizza, we had a tomato puree sauce, cooked chicken, ham, mushrooms and a mix of vintage extra mature cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
The cooked chicken which was basically sandwich meat you get from any supermarket was lightly coated with what remained of the honey mustard sauce we've had in the fridge for some time.
That sauce is very potent, and just the little bit smeared on the chicken made quite the difference and was quite nice.
This one had a tomato puree and spicy sauce mix as a base, more ham and chicken this time without the honey mustard as well as mushroom, onions, mature cheddar and mozzarella.
This pizza was like the last, spicy sauce and tomato puree base, onions, spicy pepperoni, mature cheddar and mozzarella topped with fresh tomato.
We may need to make smaller batches of pizza dough as 2 of these pizzas is already very filling, 3 is almost too much. I say almost because they taste so good I'd rather stuff myself silly than let them go to waste. :D
But they were all very nice to eat and the pizza bases always turn out well.
