Yes, sis, the adult neighbors come over too! In my block, I do it, and there are a couple of homes in other blocks that are open. Unfortunately, I am unable to visit with them, as I am busy hosting also. It was fun!!!
You can get-together with neighbors and rotate the homes during the year when Halloween is on a Friday or Saturday, which is not always.
