Another benefit of making your own spices up from scratch is that they are the freshest they could be @silversaver888!!👍😀
Liz occasionally makes up chili spices for "Cincinnati recipe chili"😍
This is a unique taste of Cincinnati, that is so different than traditional spicy chili!😀
You have to talk to Liz about this.... it is delicious!!!

        "Cincinnati chili... that certainly sounds delicious, @silvertop!!!
        I know they have Mediterranean-inspired flavors, made from chili powder, salt, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, whole cloves, whole allspice berries, and a bay leaf and served over spaghetti. I'd better ask her! Thanks for the tip!!!

              You can actually buy this prepackaged spice called “skyline chili” mix…..
              But like you said it’s much better to make it up from your own ingredients. That’s what Liz does and it’s spot on and…..delicious!🤗
