Sorry to say, but this is not a pörkölt. A pörkölt is a stew made typically from beef. There is a pork pörkölt too.

        Ah I see you're right there! Sorry about that, the recipe I followed called it that, though I recognize now it must've been inspired by (or perhaps an interpretation of) but not actually the real thing. Cheers! :D
